KEEN COACHINGではクライアントに請求する金額を「自分磨きの投資額」として受け取り、投資されたもの以上のリターンがあることを第一に考えた独自のプログラムベースコーチング [PBC] を採用しています。セッションは、目標達成期限をクライアントとの双方合意のもとで決め、明確に進めていきます。
セッション受講期間はその時々のクライアントの目標実現に臨機応変に対応いたします。セッションを始める際には各クライアントに対する徹底的な評価（アセスメント）から始まります。選択されたプログラムを進めていく前にその内容はこちらから明瞭に提示し、双方の同意に至ったのちにプログラムを開始します。

セッションを通してクライアントは現時点での凝り固まった（規制が多くかけられた）マインドセットを把握し、それがもたらし得る将来の可能性や結果を認識します。このように制限のかけられた状態に対する鋭い理解力があって初めて自分自身の既成概念や固定観念から脱することができ、適応力と創造力を大いに開花させることに繋がります。
クライアントが自身の可能性を発見[Discover]、経験[Experience]、気付く[Realize]ためには、現状の考えを中性化[Neutralize]、解放[Liberate]、そして生成する[Generate]必要があります[NLG]。クライアントを自由な考え方から遠ざける原因である内在する支配的な考え方の根源を特定し、解きほぐすことが要されます。これにより変化の多い日常生活においても注意[Attention]し、自覚[Awareness]し、行動[Activation]を起こす、常に学ぶ姿勢で、何においても興味を持つ考えを享受すること[Living-Leaning-Life]ができるようになります。これは、既存の伝統的な考え方から距離を置き、つまらない過去の知識に固執するだけでは得られない事柄に目を向けさせてくれます。

At KEEN COACHING, the return on your investment with us is of the utmost importance. We utilize our exclusive Program-Based-Coaching [PBC] to ensure the attainment of specific purposes. Our customized sessions are coherently clustered, and delivered over a mutually agreed time frame. During this period, the progress towards the goals is constantly evaluated, and the formats and contents of the sessions are adapted accordingly until the defined outcomes are achieved. An exhaustive assessment session will precede your coaching engagement. Every aspect of our programs is transparently discussed, and consensus reached collectively, before the commencement of the selected programs.
Throughout the duration of the engagement, you will gain insight into the constraints of the prevailing mindset, and the resulting capacities and capabilities.
